GotKapzz Shipping Policy

All orders are processed, packed, and shipped within the same week after purchase.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping during high-demand drops.

We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Shipping times vary by location but usually arrive within 3–7 business days (U.S.) and 7–14 business days (international).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
GotKapzz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages — please contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues.
We are also not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

All items are limited edition. Once sold out, they won’t restock.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order — we can’t make changes once the order has shipped.
